By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein. Please make sure you have read and understood the terms and conditions before placing your order. If you for some reason do not agree we suggest you do not use the services available. We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you.
The orders must be made in written form through the internet by filling in the order service online on the website secondfloorworkshop.com. The orders are valid only when they have been received by secondfloorworkshop.com, the customer has been informed of it on their screen and also received a confirmation of the order on the given mail address. The customer is obliged to check the order confirmation and in case of any mistake to inform immediately secondfloorworkshop.com (within 2 hours from receiving the confirmation mail) by writing mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. All retail prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition. The special offers are valid until the products are sold out or the offer expires.
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation with all the details you have applied. We kindly request you to note down and keep the number of the order in case you need to get in contact with us.
Changes on the order
We cannot make changes on an existing order if it has been settled into the system of secondfloorworkshop.com. You can though cancel it and create a new one without extra charges as long as the order has not already been given to the freight company. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order or a part of it, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. You can request we send you the rest of the available products in your order and/or maybe choose other in the place of the unavailable. If payment for an order is processed and if we have already accepted payment for the order, this will be refunded to your account or the card/account with which you made payment.
Cancellation of an order
You can cancel your order by calling +302310531902 or sending mail to email@example.com. Depending on the status of your order at the time we will inform you of the choices you have. Secondfloorworkshop.com has the right to charge the customer the freight expenses (delivery cost and return fee) if the customer cancels the order while the package is already with the freight company and depending on how far the package has been send. The money of the order (excluding delivery cost and return fee) will be refunded to your account or the card with which you made payment within 30 days.
Delivery terms/freight charges
Orders are send with freight company to the destination which you have filled in on the order form. The tracking number will be send by mail to you the day the parcel is given to the freight company. If you are not present on the day the courier comes to deliver the package they will leave a note so you can contact them.
Orders are send Monday until Friday except on holidays.
Greek orders: The freight cost for Greek orders is 3€. If the payment will be made in cash to the courier there will be an extra fee of 2€. If the order is over 100€ then the freight is free of charge. Deliveries are usually completed within 2-4 working days depending on the destination.
International orders: Freight costs for international orders are:

Deliveries are usually completed within 4-9 working days.
Secondfloorworkshop.com tries its best but is not responsible for delays in the delivery which are caused by situations out of its control. This could be for example strikes, supplier problems, law changes and natural disasters. In such cases it is possible that the delivery of the parcel will have an extra delay to reach the final customer.
The property of the products is transmitted afterwards the complete payoff. The merchandises travel on behalf of the customer.
Returns/After sales service
If you want to return products, that are problem free, to us, the return fee is paid by you. We accept returns within 5 working days,from the date you received the parcel, as long as:
- you contacted www.secondfloorworkshop.com the same day or the next working day and informed us of the date/number of order and the reason you want to return products.
- The products are in exactly same condition as you bought them and has not been opened or used.
- The producst are accompanied with a copy of the receipt or delivery note if the return concerns an invoice.
If secondfloorworkshop.com send you a mail where it is written that the company agrees the return of the products you can send them to "Bindery, Kallitechniko Bibliodeteio, N. P. We will return the money (except the delivery cost and return fee) to your account within 15 days from the date we receive the returned parcel.
We advice that when you receive your order check, in the presence of the freight company, that the box is closed and has not been misused. In case you find some problem please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call on tel 0030-2310531902.
All packages are inspected carefully before they get send.
In case you come upon problem with the content of the order please contact www.secondfloorworkshop.com at email@example.com or call our main offices 0030-2310531902 within 24 hours from receiving the package for more information and instructions on what to do.
International orders shall be send back to us only with normal post. If the responsibility is our company's the freight costs is paid by www.secondfloorworkshop.com as long as the return is made within 5 days from the receiving date. We will return to you the return fee once we received the parcel.
If a product turns out to have problem from production the freight costs is also on www.secondfloorworkshop.com. The product will get repaired/substituted depending on the situation and will be send back to you on our expense. If the product cannot get fixed/ substituted you can choose another product of same value. However, if the product has been damaged from being misused it is in responsibility of the customer and we don't accept it.
We can only accept as problem if the damage is from production. If we see that the product has been damaged from being misused it is in responsibility of the customer and we don't accept returns. The product will be send back to the customer in same condition.
The payment can be made with:
1. VISA or MasterCard: Payment by card. Secondfloorworkshop.com has chosen the best partners who can guarantee for your online payment safety. The card details are sent in encrypted form. 3.Collect on Delivery (Greek orders only) to the courier when the parcel has reached its destination extra fee 2 euros.

International deliveries are usually completed within 4-9 working days. The given delivery time is for example only and can be changed due to different situations.
